Stop by the library to learn about the City's waste and recycling programs. Staff will be on hand to share helpful tips, answer questions, and provide resources to support your recycling efforts. While there, pick up a free kitchen pail to help with organics collection. 

The kitchen pails are a no-cost tool that the City provides to residents to support organics recycling at home! Simply set up the pail on your kitchen counter or wherever food is prepared and use it to collect all food scraps and food-soiled paper. Folsom residents who have not been able to pick up a kitchen pail are invited to do so; pails are limited to one per household.
